Three ASL-interpreted productions
Avant Bard Theatre is a performing arts organization dedicated primarily to producing classic works–both time-tested and contemporary classics; emphasizing a provocative, bold approach in an intimate setting; and training and showcasing the best emerging talent in the region, mentored by seasoned, professional theatre artists.
GLOBAL YNS’ Performing Arts Sign Language Interpreters delivered a high-register interpretation of auditory information into visual a tactile Sign Language. ASL interpreters and Directors of Artistic Sign Language (DAS) provided equal access to Deaf, Deaf-blind, and hard-of-hearing audiences who attended the 2023 Spring-Summer theatre season.
